The hotel is situated perfectly between Plymouth Hoe and the main shopping center, offering a great location for exploring. The rooms, though a bit in need of updating, were cozy but lacked space for luggage. The service was exceptional, with accommodating and friendly staff. The breakfast was top-notch, with a choice of delicious options cooked to order. However, the dining options outside of breakfast were limited.

My stay at the hotel was a lovely experience overall. The rooms were spacious, serviced every day, and conveniently located close to the theatre and the Hoe. However, being on the very top of the building with many flights of stairs to climb to the 3rd floor was a bit tiresome. The service was top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the nice breakfast and feeling very welcome, although they had to replace a broken toe at short notice. The location couldn't have been better, allowing for easy exploration of the city and a peaceful night's sleep. The dining experience was delightful, offering good quality food in a beautiful dining room. The facilities were also great, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the city while offering a quiet setting for a good night's sleep. The rooms are comfortable with a warm ambiance, but the hotel kept my deposit without explanation. The welcoming and polite staff make you feel at home, and the bar area is a great place to socialize.
